Overview

This tour will take you to three national parks: Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro National Park, and Lake Manyara National Park. You will visit all three in a short time and cheaply, and you will have many different sightings of landscapes and wildlife. You will be accommodated in excellent and well-managed camps and lodges.

Day 1 Full-Day Safari at Arusha National Park

Early morning picks up from the hotel or at the airport with packed lunch boxes.

Depart Arusha city at 8:00 am and drive 45km to Arusha National Park.

Here you will participate in game drives and walking safari.

The day starts with a 3 hours walking safari with an armed ranger, through the buffalo farm, and waterfalls! After lunch, proceed with a game viewing through Momela Lakes and Ngurudoto Crater. Late afternoon, drive back to Arusha City.

Dinner and overnight: Venice Hotel, Arusha

Day 2 Full-Day Safari Tarangire National Park

 The morning after breakfast with packed lunch boxes, have a full-day game drive viewing at Tarangire National Park.

The name of the park originates from the Tarangire River, which crosses the park and is the main source of freshwater for the wildlife. This quiet park is famous for its elephant migration, birdlife, and authentic safari atmosphere. This park is often referred to as the "home of Elephants", you have a great chance to spot elephants in large groups gathering around the Tarangire River. Other animals to be spotted include Leopards, Lions, Giraffes and even tree-climbing Pythons!

You will enjoy a packed lunch at midday and the end of the afternoon’s game drive, you will make your way to Karatu. On arrival, you will have time to refresh before finishing the day with dinner under the stars and a good night’s sleep in one of our comfy accommodations.

Day 3 Full-Day Safari Ngorongoro Conservancy

Be sure to wake up early today, so there is no delay on your descent into the famous Ngorongoro Crater.

As soon as you arrive in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you will be amazed by the beauty around you.

Even more so when you arrive at the crater's edge and take in the amazing view over one of the Natural Wonders of the World.

The crater of this inactive volcano is approximately 3 million years old, 20 sq km in size, and the largest unbroken volcanic caldera in the world. Due to its natural borders, the wildlife in the crater is amazing.

The crater is home to the Big Five and offers a good chance to spot the rare black rhino. Throw hyenas, zebras, buffalos, and elephants into the mix, and you have the perfect canvas for a pretty awesome safari experience. At the end of the afternoon, you will go to the lodge, Africa Safari Karatu, for a well-deserved night’s sleep.

Day 4Ngorongoro to Arusha/Lake Manyara National Park

This day has two options,

Option 1;

The morning after breakfast you will check out from Ngorongoro Hotel and drive to Arusha for your flight to Zanzibar

Option 2;

The morning after breakfast with packed lunch boxes, drive to Lake Manyara National Park for the full-day game viewing. Lake Manyara National Park is famous for its green scenery, varied bird life, tree-climbing lions, hippos, and baboons. Late afternoon, drive back to Arusha city for your flight to Zanzibar or at the airport
