Proof of residency
Resident rates are for Kenyan citizens and residents. Properties normally ask for a national ID, passport or work permit at check-in, for every adult on the booking.
Deposit and balance
Most offers are held with a deposit and the balance settled before travel. Your proposal states the amounts and the dates they fall due.
What the rate covers
Check the inclusions and exclusions on each offer. Park fees, transfers, meals, drinks and activities differ between properties and packages.
Changes and cancellation
Each property sets its own amendment and cancellation terms, and these tighten close to travel and over peak dates. We confirm them in writing with your proposal.
How long should I go for?
With a connection each way, anything under a week loses a large share of the trip to travelling. Most of our Asia packages run longer for that reason.
Can I combine two countries?
Yes, and it is common: Singapore with Malaysia, or Bangkok with Phuket. The internal connections are short, though a second country can mean a second visa.
Who qualifies for resident rates?
Kenyan citizens and residents holding a valid national ID, passport or work permit. Properties normally verify this at check-in for each adult travelling, so bring the documents you booked under.
Are these prices per person?
Each offer states what the quoted figure covers and on what sharing basis. Always read the inclusions and exclusions before comparing one package with another.
How do I hold a date?
Send an enquiry with your dates and party, and we will check live availability. A booking is confirmed once the deposit stated on your proposal is received, not when the form is sent.
Can I change my dates later?
Sometimes, depending on the property and how close you are to travel. Amendment terms are set by each property and are confirmed in writing with your proposal.
Do children pay the same?
Child rates and sharing arrangements vary by property, season and room type. Tell us the ages when you enquire so the proposal reflects them correctly.
How long are these offers valid?
Each offer carries its own validity window and drops off this page once it closes. If something has expired, enquire anyway and we will tell you what is available on your dates.
